“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” Psalm 133:1

Thank you for visiting our website, we do hope you will find it interesting and informative. Our Benefice is made up of five rural Anglican parishes in Wiltshire, we are part of the Calne Deanery in the Salisbury Diocese . Each of our five parishes has a beautiful church building, with its own distinctive character. Each of them has regular services, in addition to being focal points and spiritual beacons for their local communities, once a month the five church congregations come together to worship in a united benefice service which rotates around each of our churches in turn. Additionally we have strong links with our two Church of England schools at Cherhill and Heddington.

In addition to our regular Sunday services, we have an active “mission” to take church beyond the confines of the traditional church setting.  As such, you will find us worshipping in village halls, running our pre-school playgroup “Little Fishes” and holding harvest and Christmas carol services in our local public houses!

Please do take some time to browse the pages of this website which will be updated regularily to find out more about our lovely parishes and buildings as well as all that we do as Christian communities – our fellowship and our work to spread the love of God in Christ to all.

The Church is led by a Ministry Team comprising of a Rector, Revd Philip Bromiley assisted by an Associate Priest, Revd Linda Dytham and a Licensed Lay Minister Mrs Pamela Evans.  We also have church wardens, retired priests, and a team of Lay Pastoral Assistants, all of whom participate actively in the services and work of the church here, along with many other lay people. Although one Benefice, with its shared values and identity, we are also five quite distinct parishes with our own individual community needs, strengths and weaknesses.

Do come and visit our churches if you would like to, and please join us for worship if you can. You will be made most welcome.
